Lady Gaga officially launched her 2025 Mayhem Ball Tour Wednesday night in Las Vegas, and fans around the world were closely watching the action unfold at the T-Mobile Arena. With excitement building since her earlier 2025 performances, all eyes were on what songs she would perform — and which surprises she had in store.
The new tour setlist follows the blueprint of her Coachella performances from April. However, several fan-favorite additions made their way into the second half of the show, giving opening night in Vegas a unique flair.
Songs like “Applause,” “Just Dance,” “Shadow of a Man” and “LoveDrug” were added for the first time this year. “Kill for Love,” from Gaga’s latest album Mayhem, had its live debut, while the biggest deep cut of the night was “Summerboy” from The Fame, a track she hasn’t performed in 18 years.
A Night of Spectacle and Surprises
“Shallow” was given a dramatic new arrangement, with Gaga performing from a gondola — adding both visual spectacle and intimacy. Her solo take on “Die With a Smile”, originally a Bruno Mars collaboration, received a bold stylistic revamp from past versions.
Although “Bad Romance” appeared to close the show — complete with tour credits rolling on the screen — Gaga wasn’t done. The lights stayed down. Moments later, she and her dancers reappeared first via video and then onstage for a surprise encore: “How Bad Do U Want Me.” Wearing a Cramps t-shirt, Gaga dropped her signature couture for a raw, ultra-casual finish. While the track had been performed in earlier 2025 shows, this was its first appearance as a finale.
The Las Vegas set ran for 2 hours and 12 minutes, with Gaga hitting the stage at 8:40 p.m.
A full review of the show will be published Thursday morning on Variety.

Gaga’s “Mayhem Ball” Era Hits North America
Though Gaga played a handful of international dates earlier this year — including Coachella and shows in Mexico, Brazil, and Singapore — those concerts were not officially branded as “Mayhem Ball” tour dates.
Now, with the tour formally underway, she’s bringing a full-scale production to just six North American cities. Each city gets multiple nights, though the entire run is still smaller in scale compared to her 2022 Chromatica stadium tour.
The U.S. leg wraps up September 17 in Chicago. Gaga then heads to Europe, kicking off September 30 at London’s O2 Arena. The international run includes shows in Sweden, Italy, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, ending November 20.
So far, there’s no word on 2026 plans — but with such a limited itinerary this year, demand for more U.S. shows is already running high.
