COLD Announces Fall 2025 'Beneath The Low Hum Tour A Special Evening Of Songs Reimagined'

Alt-rock veterans COLD are hitting the road this fall with an intimate new tour concept that strips down their signature sound to its emotional core. Dubbed the “Beneath The Low Hum Tour: A Special Evening Of Songs Reimagined,” the trek brings a uniquely personal experience to select City Winery locations across the U.S.

The run kicks off October 27 in Boston and concludes November 5 in Atlanta, offering fans an up-close evening with Scooter Ward and company — reinterpreting fan favorites and hidden gems alike in a raw, acoustic-inspired setting.

“We’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with City Winery in select locations this fall for a special one-time-only-style of an event!” said Ward via social media.
“Sierra Swan will be joining COLD to play piano, keys, and lend her amazing voice on all the songs. And very excited to have my friends in EDISUN join us to open the night.”

🎟️ Tickets and VIP Packages Go On Sale Friday, July 18

Joining COLD on this reimagined journey is Sierra Swan, known for her past collaborations with BLACK EYED PEAS, SMASHING PUMPKINS, and others. Expect emotionally charged arrangements, atmospheric piano, and storytelling woven into every song — old and new.

🎶 What’s Next for COLD?

In a recent interview with Radioactive MikeZ on 96.7 KCAL-FM, Scooter Ward hinted that the “Low Hum” tour is also a pivot toward new creative energy:

“I think doing both those [anniversary] albums now gives us the levity to have time and just work on new music… So I’m gonna say by next summer there will be a COLD album out.”

That means fans can expect a brand-new COLD record in 2026 — the first since their 2019 LP The Things We Can’t Stop, which marked a powerful return with singles like “Shine”, “Run”, and “Quiet Now.”

🥀 Celebrating a Legacy of Vulnerable, Alt-Rock Storytelling

COLD rose to prominence at the dawn of the 2000s with 13 Ways To Bleed On Stage and Year Of The Spider, both of which went gold and spawned alt-radio staples like:

  • “Just Got Wicked”
  • “No One”
  • “Stupid Girl” (featuring Rivers Cuomo of WEEZER)
  • “End Of The World”

🎫 Don’t Miss This Rare Intimate Experience
