🔁 How to Return an Item
Did your item arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on our product page? We’ll make it right.

📋 Return Guidelines
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please reach out within 14 days of delivery.
– We’ll send you a prepaid return label
– You can choose a refund or an exchange, based on your preference
2. Other Returns or Exchanges
Not happy with your purchase for reasons other than damage? No problem. You may return items within 30 days of receiving them.
However, make sure:
– The item is unused, in original condition, and includes packaging, tags, and any accessories
– Return shipping costs are your responsibility
– You begin the return through our website or by emailing us directly
3. Important Notes
– We do not accept returns on personalized, custom-made, or final sale items
– Items must include proof of purchase to be eligible for return
💳 How Refunds Work
Once we inspect and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 7–10 business days.
We’ll also email you a confirmation as soon as your refund is completed.
Even if your item falls outside the 30-day window, don’t worry. If it’s defective, we still offer repair or replacement options—just contact us.
❌ Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 3 hours after placing it.
After this period, we begin production, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to make changes or cancellations.
⏳ Delayed or Missing Refunds
Still waiting on your refund? Try these steps:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company—it might take time for the refund to show
- Reach out to your bank—some processing delays can occur

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
All sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

🎁 Returning a Gift?
If your order was marked as a gift, we’ll issue store credit for the value of the return.
However, if the gift wasn’t labeled as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser—and they will be notified of the return.
